Chaseholm Camembert is named for the creamery where it hails. This classic, old world style camembert is made from whole milk and has a bloomy, intoxicating rind. An exceptional creamy cheese with dynamic flavor. Incredible when warmed slightly on the stovetop.

Lively Run’s Shire or “beer cheese” is the result of a collaboration with Hopshire Brewing in Dryden, NY. While making the gouda, they soak the curds in Shire Ale, a dark malty Scotch Ale. The resulting cheese is imbued with the toasty flavors of the dark malt and a slight coffee-like bitterness. Delicious.

Cayuga Blue is an award-winning Lively Run goat’s milk blue cheese. Subtle, yet complex, this earthy cheese is fantastic with a berry jam and simple crackers.

Lake Effect Cheddar is a fresh, Lively Run staple. Usually the cheese is made the day of milking. Aged for 6 months, it exhibits a nice blend of traditional cheddar “sharpness” as well as a pleasing nuttiness that is rare in American cheddars.

Rose-Peppercorn Chèvre made by Lively Run is a creamy cheese that is balanced by a slight lactic tang and grassy, pastoral notes. With subtle rose and pepper notes, it’s delicate quality make it a perfect addition to your cheese board.
