Week 9 CSA

Flash Freezing Berries

In this hot and humid weather berries can get moldy quick. Try flash freezing by spreading berries in a single layer on a cookie sheet or the like and freeze. (Wash and dry with towel before freezing). When frozen pack them up in a ziplock bag, and at a later date make a pie, add to pancakes, smoothies or just pop them in your mouth.

Garlic
Corn (4 ears)
Green Leaf
Italian Eggplant
Radishes
Curly Kale
Zucchini

Fruits :

Blueberries Pint
Sugar Plums Pint
