Dear Coordinators,
As usual we will be offering our Thanksgiving Box which is $60 for 4 people and $95 for 8 people, which will include a mix of local apples, parsnips, onions, celeriac or celery depending on what is in the fields, potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, pumpkins, greens, brussel sprouts, organic Bread Alone stuffing, sage and Maine cranberries.
Local Turkeys are available for $4.95 lbs. (Free roaming, antibiotic free and raised locally, humanely). Birds require a $25 deposit and completed payment will be done on day of delivery. Order deadline monday November 12th.
The Winter CSA will be posted in the next week. Price $300 for 6 weeks We will begin Monday December 3rd and will go on for 6 weeks delivering every other Monday until February 11, 2013. We include maple syrup, local honey, eggs, apples, root vegetables, potatoes, squash, garlic, onions, cider, greens, local organic dried beans and grains from the Finger Lakes,Oliva locally organic kale pesto, Hawthorne Valley organic kimchi and sourkraut, etc.
